Shipping policy
All orders receive the same flat rate shipping fee, on returns, the customer is to pay for the product to be shipped back, and the business shall pay for the replacement to be shipped to the customer.
All products are mailed using insured courier services, if the product does not arrive with in 30 days of the expected arrival the customer should contact the business in order to make arrangements to fix the issue at hand.
Should the address given be incorrect, the business does not take any liability for the product not reaching its intended destination. The onus to provide accurate shipping information is on the customer.
