We are now CLOSED for our WINTER CLOSURE - Jan 14th to Feb 4th, 2026
Our annual Winter Closure is taking place between Wed January 14th to Wed February 4th, 2026, and we will re-open on Thursday, February 4th, 2026.
Website orders can be placed during the closure time; however, orders may not be processed and dispatched until the shop re-opens.
We strongly recommend returns or exchanges be done when the shop re-opens i.e. after the closure - we will not be open for couriers or Canada Post during the closure.

Shipping and Returns
Any shipping costs associated with returning goods are the responsibility of the customer and initial shipping charges will not be refunded. Please call if you have any questions or if you are unsure of sizes and/or fits of garments before ordering.
- We strongly recommend returns or exchanges be done when the shop re-opens after February 4th i.e. after the annual closure - we will not be open for couriers or Canada Post during the closure.
- Garments and footwear must be in pristine condition without signs of wear
- For trying on footwear, please do not try outdoors - only try on footwear indoors and in a clean environment
- All swing tags must remain attached to the garment, or if the tag(s) fall off they must be with the garment. The small sticker with price (i.e. pricing sticker) can be removed.
- Receipt showing proof of purchase is required
